Michael Marchena
Michael Marchena is a broker-owner of My Key Real Estate and co-leader of Marchena Home Team. Since entering real estate in 2012, he has built his practice around clear advice, strong negotiation, modern marketing, and careful coordination from the first strategy conversation through closing.
Michael works with buyers, sellers, homeowners, and real estate professionals throughout Temecula Valley and surrounding Southern California communities. His experience in brokerage leadership, lending, marketing, and business systems helps clients understand both the transaction and the financial decisions surrounding a move.
In his separate role as a licensed mortgage loan originator, Michael can provide mortgage education and discuss financing options. Real estate brokerage and mortgage services are handled through their respective licensed businesses, and clients are always free to choose their own lender and service providers.
Anita Marchena
Anita Marchena is a broker-owner of My Key Real Estate and co-leader of Marchena Home Team. Since beginning her real estate career in 2017 and earning her broker’s license in 2022, she has developed a reputation for thoughtful guidance, careful communication, and steady leadership.
Anita works closely with buyers and sellers throughout Temecula Valley and surrounding Southern California communities. She helps clients understand their options, stay organized through important deadlines, and move forward with confidence—without unnecessary pressure.
As a brokerage owner, Anita also helps create the supportive, accountable environment behind My Key Real Estate. She remains actively involved in the details that protect clients and helps agents deliver a consistent, professional experience from consultation through closing.
