What expenses Involved when buying a house?

Who pays the Buyers Agent commission?

Updated Commission Structure in California (per new NAR rules):

Under the new NAR rules, sellers are no longer required to offer commission to the buyer’s agent through the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
