I spoke on the phone with the seller and the listing agent, and they stated that they felt most confident in me compared to the other buyer’s agents, who did not communicate as well and lacked the experience and knowledge I possess to complete this deal. Needless to say, we opened escrow and closed in 30 days, and the rest is history.
