This was a tricky sale because this home would only go Conventional financing or Cash, so we lost all FHA and VA potential buyers and the seller wanted to also buy a replacement home, so we listed this Condo and it sat on the market longer than my normal listings. I normally sale homes in 2-3 weeks and this one was on the market 94 days, so it was a little more challenging than normal, but we were able to sale the condo a little higher than list price and also get my sellers into a new home. Check out their new home purchase which we closed at the end of August 2015.
